The former USDA Under Secretary for Trade and Foreign Ag Affairs, Ted McKinney, will now lead the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture. In a statement, NASDA President Ryan Quarles said McKinney’s experience advocating for U.S. agriculture will bring strength to NASDA’s federal partnerships.
