One of the largest shareholders in the Canadian National Railway is calling for a special meeting to appoint new directors and replace the company’s CEO. TCI Fund Management is upset with the management of Canadian National and its handling of this deal that would link Canada, the United States and Mexico. In a statement, TCI said CN’s chief executive officer should be replaced with someone that has a proven record in the rail business.
