According to a Farm Futures magazine survey, farmers plan to increase corn, soybean and wheat acreage next year. Corn plantings for 2022 are forecast at 94.3 million acres, up 1.7 percent from this year. Soybean acreage is estimated at 90.8 million, up 3.7 percent and the all-wheat seedings are forecast at 49.7 million acres, up 6.3 percent.
