Corteva and Indigo Ag are partnering on an agricultural carbon credits program for the 2022 growing season. Through the Corteva Carbon Initiative, farmers will be paid approximately $15 per acre to adopt specific management practices to capture carbon. This expands Corteva’s two-state pilot project for two crops to 11 states and 17 different crops. Carbon credits will be sod to companies hoping to reduce their carbon footprint.
