The North Dakota Agricultural Products Utilization Commission has approved $482,000 in funding for eight projects. Those projects include the Red River BioRefinery for $80,000 to conduct a feasibility study on wheat biorefining. Scranton Equity Exchange was awarded $52,500 to evaluate plans to build an oilseed crush facility and Black Leg Ranch Meats will receive $20,000 for a branding campaign.
