Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has issued an executive order to address fuel shortages across the state. Hours of service regulations for truckers hauling fuel have been lifted. Fuel terminals in East Grand Forks, Alexandria, Sauk Centre and four other sites have faced shortages or outages of gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil, ethanol and biodiesel.
