A subsidiary of Richardson International has closed on its deal to purchase the largest durum miller in North America. Richards Oilseed Holdings has met all regulatory hurdles for the acquisition of Italgrani USA. The deal includes storage and crop input facilities in Tolley, Powers Lake and Benedict, North Dakota; a milling facility in St. Louis and a merchandising office in Minneapolis.
