A bipartisan bill has been introduced in Congress to zero out foreign sugar subsidies. The American Sugar Alliance supports the bill, saying it allows farmers to compete on a level playing field. Minnesota Representatives Michelle Fischbach and Jim Hagedorn are co-sponsors of this bill.
