Leading up to the World Trade Organization Ministerial Conference in November, a report has been issued on the key challenges for an agricultural trade deal. Market access, export subsidies and food security are among the seven topics up for negotiation. The chair for the agricultural negotiations, Gloria Abraham Peralta of Costa Rica, said time is short until this ministerial happens and trust must be restored between all trading partners.
