Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar, South Dakota Senator John Thune and Iowa Senator Joni Ernst are behind a series of bills to support the biofuels industry. These proposals include $1 billion in grants to pay for pumps and storage tanks for higher blends of ethanol. Tax credits are also proposed.
