Over the weekend, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz signed five omnibus budget bills into law. This includes the agriculture omnibus finance bill. The ag finance bill includes funds for small meat processors and money for biofuels infrastructure. The transportation omnibus bill was also signed into law.
