A federal court is considering a preliminary approval of a possible $2 billion Roundup settlement by Bayer. This proposed settlement would pay future plaintiffs who allegedly developed cancer from the use of glyphosate. As part of this settlement, Bayer would be allowed to continue to sell glyphosate.
