North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum has issued an executive order, granting an hours-of-service waiver for truckers hauling anhydrous ammonia and other fertilizers. Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring requested the waiver, saying warm, dry conditions have increased the demand for fertilizer statewide. This waiver is in place through the end of the month.
