The Fargo-based software company, Bushel, has closed out an investment round of $47 million. The leading investors include a firm that specializes in food and agriculture ventures called Lewis & Clark AgriFood. The Continental Grain is the other big investor in this round. Other partners in this effort are Cargill and Scoular. Bushel provides real-time business information to nearly 2,000 grain facilities across the United States and Canada. A total of 60,000 farmers utilize Bushel products on a monthly basis.
