North Dakota State University has named Kristin Harner as director of agriculture communication. In this role, Harner will provide leadership, manage staff and fiscal resources and develop and implement long-term communication strategies for NDSU Agriculture Affairs. Harner previously served as the public relations director for the Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation.
