The April weather forecast is calling for near-to-above normal rainfall in North Dakota and northwest Minnesota. World Weather Incorporated Senior Ag Meteorologist Drew Lerner says that will improve the planting conditions for the region. The summer forecast for the region calls for below normal rainfall for the entire area. Summer temps will be somewhat normal for northeast North Dakota and northern Minnesota. Above normal temperatures are forecast for the rest of North Dakota, southern Minnesota and South Dakota.
