Gowan Has Binding Agreement to Purchase All Isagro Shares

The Gowan Company has reached an agreement to purchase the controlling shares of Isagro. Isagro owns a handful of active ingredients from the crop protection industry, including tetraconazole. Gowan has partnered with Isagro since 2013. This deal is expected to be finalized later this year.
