The February crop condition rating report from USDA says the condition of the U.S. Hard Red Winter Wheat crop is deteriorating as dry weather and the sub-zero temperatures from February impacted the crop. The Kansas wheat condition fell three percent to 37 percent good to excellent. Oklahoma’s wheat condition was down two percent to 46 percent good to excellent and the Texas wheat crop was down two percent to 28 percent good to excellent.
