The North Dakota House has passed a three-cent-per-gallon gas tax increase. Luick supports the current House bill. “I feel we are subsidizing Minnesota, South Dakota, Montana, Manitoba and Saskatchewan because they all have higher fuel taxes. When they travel in North Dakota, they don’t people an equal share to what we pay for driving on their roads.”
