World Weather Incorporated is calling for a wet spring in the extreme part of the Northern Plains and the Upper Midwest. Springtime temps are also expected to be warmer than normal. For the summer, World Weather is forecasting dry conditions and above normal temperatures. The dryness is expected to be more serious by the end of the summer.
