Year-over-year, U.S. soybean exports to China rose 53 percent. China’s General Administration of Customs reports China bought 26 million tons from the United States. That’s up from 17 million tons in 2019. This total is far below the purchases required in the first year of the phase one trade deal. Brazil remains China’s number one soybean supplier with 64 million tons.
