The South Dakota Corn Growers Association hosted their annual conference over the weekend. There was an update on the grain markets, weather and a water panel discussion. Association President and Bridgewater, South Dakota farmer Scott Stahl says water is an important resource in agriculture. “We looked at current issues, policies and where we can be positioned as corn growers to use the water we do have in the state. It’s important to be conscious of what we do; we pride ourselves to be true environmentalists.”
