The two largest U.S. chicken producers have settled with the government, resolving a legal fight over allegations of price fixing. Tyson Foods has not disclosed the settlement figure, but Pilgrim’s Pride paid $75 million to settle the civil claims. Neither company has admitted guilt and the settlements are subject to court approval.
