As expected, environmental groups are challenging the EPA’s decision to re-register three dicamba products. The National Family Farm Coalition, Center for Food Safety and others filed a five-page document in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the same court involved in the 2020 lawsuit. According to plaintiffs, the EPA failed its legal duties to ensure the pesticide wouldn’t cause unreasonable harm for farmers, communities and the environment. Read the press release.
