The North Dakota Farm Bureau is challenging a township ordinance that prevented a large-scale swine unit from being built in Cass County. NDFB wans the courts to reject the Howes Township ordinance. NDFB is also suing Pelican Township in Ramsey County, which denied a permit request for another swine farm.
