The Environmental Protection Agency is proposing changes for the use of the chlorpyrifos insecticide. There would be new restrictions dealing with drift mitigation and personal protection equipment and adjustments to the label. Environmental groups, including the Center for Food Safety, believe these restrictions do not go far enough. They want the insecticide banned altogether.
