The North Dakota Agricultural Experiment Station has released new seed varieties. The soybean variety, ND Dickey, is intended to replace ND Stutsman. This conventional variety has good IDC tolerance and has high yield potential. There is a new spring wheat variety called ND Frohberg that has strong end-use quality and very good disease resistance. NDSU has also released a black bean variety called ND Twilight and an oat variety called ND Heart.
