A biofuels coalition that includes Growth Energy, the Renewable Fuels Association, National Biodiesel Board and others filed a brief on Tuesday to challenge 2018 small refinery exemptions granted by the EPA. The groups submitted the filing to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, saying the EPA lacked authority to issue the exemptions. The brief focused on similar arguments made in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals case won earlier this year. Read the brief.
