As part of the settlement over the use of the Agrisure Viptera and Agrisure Duracade traits, a total of $390 million in claims will be paid out within the next month. The federal court has called for the payout to settle over 194,000 claims. The class action lawsuit stems for Syngenta’s release of this trait before it was approved in all international markets.
