Tyson Foods finished the fourth quarter with net income of $692 million. That’s up from $369 million one year ago. That upswing was seen despite the additional expenses associated with the pandemic. Labor issues continue for the meat processor with employees dealing with COVID or a contact-related quarantine. Tyson officials said a vaccine and a return to normal restaurant demand would support the business in the year ahead.
