USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service has updated its National Conservation Practice Standards. The 58 revised standards cover a wide range of guidelines for conservation practices, and two new practices dealing with wastewater treatment and wildlife habitat planning were added. The updated guidelines also include changes in technology and address emerging concerns with soil health, water conservation and drought tolerance.
