According to a court-appointed mediator, Bayer is making “substantial progress” in resolving the remaining lawsuits over the use of Roundup. There are nearly 2,000 cases that have not been settled. The lawsuits claim the use of Roundup is tied to health-related concerns. Bayer is defending the safety of the herbicide.
