Growth Energy and the Renewable Fuels Association are asking the courts to step in and have the EPA respond to its Freedom of Information Act requests regarding the small refinery waivers. In a statement, the two groups said the EPA is working under a “veil of secrecy” and it has destabilized markets and hurt farmers.
