At least one plaintiff from the June dicamba court case is disappointed with the EPA’s decision to re-register two dicamba herbicides. The Center for Food Safety legal director George Kimbrell said the EPA rushed re-approval as a political prop before the election. Kimbrell also said the approvals will be challenged, because none of the previous changes were sufficient to reduce dicamba drift.
