Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Cooperative Vice President of Agriculture Todd Geselius says harvest conditions have been a significant improvement over last year. “I don’t know exactly where we’re going to end up, but we’re expecting the yield to be around 29.5 tons per acre with the sugar around 17 percent, give or take.”
