The U.S. Justice Department has indicted six chicken industry executives for price fixing and bid-rigging. The collusion allegedly took place between 2012 and 2019. Pilgrim’s Pride and Tyson Foods are among the companies represented in this case. If convicted, these businessmen will face hefty fines and jail time.
