President Donald Trump ended negotiations for another COVID-19 economic stimulus package. According to a Twitter post, the president instructed his representatives to stop negotiating until after the November election. At that time, President Trump said “we will pass a major stimulus bill that focuses on hardworking Americans.” Until then, Trump asked Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to focus on approving the next U.S. Supreme Court nominee.
