The Center for Food Safety and the Center for Biological Diversity have no legal standing in a lawsuit against the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service over the use of neonicotinoids and GMOs. The agency reversed an earlier decision to ban the use of insecticides and biotech crops in wildlife refuges. The activist groups challenged that decision, but a federal judge in Washington, D.C. dismissed both lawsuits.
