The Minnesota Soybean Growers Association has submitted comments to the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, stressing the importance of chlorpyrifos. This tool is used to control soybean aphids and other pests. With the restrictions on neonicotinoids and the resistance documented in pyrethroids, chlorpyrifos is one of the only options left to deal with aphids.
