Environmental groups lost a bid for a rehearing in a lawsuit over the use of Enlist Duo. This legal battle began in 2017 when this the Center for Food Safety, the National Family Farm Coalition, the Natural Resources Defense Council and others sued the EPA. These groups wanted the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to vacate the registration of Enlist Duo over its impact on monarch butterflies. The court originally dismissed the case in July.
