The western leg of the Pro Farmer Midwest Crop Tour begins started in Sioux Falls this morning and will end up in Grand Island, Nebraska tonight. The western tour director Jeff Wilson expects to see a good crop in southeastern South Dakota. “USDA has rated South Dakota with record high yields for corn and soybeans. We should see some pretty good crops; we’ll measure them and see how that contributes to the national yield.”
