Changes have been announced for the emergency haying and grazing provisions on CRP ground. Farm Service Agency Administrator Richard Fordyce says this will simplify the process. “If you’re in a county that has triggered for emergency haying and grazing, the grazing is authorized for up to 90 days and haying is authorized for up to 60 days after that trigger happens.” As of August 6, three North Dakota counties have been categorized as D2 and are now are eligible.
