CHS is reporting third quarter net income of $97.6 million, up from $55 million one year ago. That represents a year-over-year increase of 79 percent. Margins improved for the agriculture segment based on more favorable weather during the spring planting season. Those gains were partially offset by weakness in the renewable fuels, processing and food ingredients business segments.
