Farm groups are allowed to intervene in a lawsuit challenging the new Navigable Waters Protection Rule. A federal court in South Carolina made that ruling. A handful of ag groups made the motion to intervene, including Farm Bureau and commodity groups representing corn, cattle and hogs.
