The USDA is supporting the EPA’s decision to issue a cancellation order on dicamba. Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue said the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals shouldn’t allow plaintiffs’ hostility against the American farmer to cloud the fact the EPA’s actions follow legal precedent and common sense. The USDA said EPA’s order to allow the limited use of products follows precedents from the Obama and Clinton administrations. Read the release.
