USDA raised wheat carryout by five million bushels and increased new crop wheat production by 11 million bushels, with total wheat supply pegged at three billion bushels. New crop U.S. wheat ending stocks increased 16 million bushels to 925 million bushels. The season average farm price is unchanged at $4.60 per bushel.
