The North Dakota Department of Agriculture will be moving forward with a 24c Special Local Needs label for Xtendimax, FeXapan and Engenia herbicides. Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring said while the court’s decision impacted federal registration of products, it made no mention of state registrations. North Dakota hasn’t received a formal notification revoking the three products. Until directed otherwise, Goehring said the state department will stand by state registrations, recognizing them as legal. Read the press release.
