The biofuel industry has sent a letter to congressional leadership seeking COVID-19 relief. The letter was signed by 11 groups, including Farm Bureau, Farmers Union, the National Corn Growers Association, American Soybean Association and ethanol trade associations. More than 130 biofuel plants have partially or fully shut down with fuel demand at a 50-year low.
