Hallock, Minnesota farmer Dan Younggren started seeding spring wheat this week. “We’ll get about 300 acres of wheat seeded and hopefully, 300 acres of sugarbeets planted. Then, we may switch to soybeans.” Younggren said it is a similar set up to last year. “We are starting within one day of when we started planting one year ago. Any seeding in April is a bonus for us.”
