A coalition of agricultural groups has filed a motion to intervene in a lawsuit that challenges the EPA’s registration of glyphosate. In January, a group of environmental activist groups challenged an EPA decision supporting the use of the popular weedkiller. The motion to intervene was made by a broad coalition that represents corn, soybean, sugarbeet and wheat commodity groups, Farm Bureau, the Ag Retailers Association and others.
